1. Introduction​

Buzz ("Buzz", "Bot", "We", "Us", "Our") is a free service that provides information through an automated Bot on Telegram and Discord platforms. By using the service, you agree to have read and understood, and be bound to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to our terms, you are not authorized to use our service.

2. Service Overview​

Buzz is an automated Bot available on Telegram and Discord that provides comprehensive data and analysis on on-chain tokens and wallets. The service is provided "as is" and may be subject to change.

3. Eligibility​

3.1 Age Requirements​

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the service with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Use of our service is strictly prohibited for individuals under 13 years old.

3.2 Compliance​

By using our service, you represent and warrant that you have not previously been suspended or banned from using our service and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You also represent that you are not located in, resident of, or accessing the service from any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or embargoes, and are not listed on, or associated with anyone listed on, any sanctions lists maintained by the U.S. government, United Nations, European Union, or other applicable authorities. Furthermore, you confirm that you are not using the service on behalf of any person or entity that would not be eligible to use the service directly.

4. User Responsibilities​

4.1 General Conduct​

You agree to use the Bot in accordance with these Terms, and in compliance with all applicable laws and the respective terms of service of Telegram and Discord platforms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities​

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Bot's functionality or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot's systems or circumvent any rate limits
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other software to interact with the Bot
  • Use the Bot for any illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content
  • Engage in spamming or excessive usage that may degrade service quality
  • Misrepresent or manipulate the information provided by the Bot
  • Share or sell access to the Bot's services

4.3 Information Usage​

You understand and acknowledge that:

  • All information provided by the Bot is for informational purposes only
  • You are solely responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided
  • You will not use the information obtained through the Bot for any unlawful activities

5. Disclaimers​

The Bot provides information for informational purposes only. None of the information provided through the Bot constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting upon the information provided.

5.2 Accuracy of Information​

You expressly agree that you assume all risks in connection with your access and use of the Bot. You further expressly waive and release us from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, or damages arising from or in any way relating to your use of the Bot.

7. Privacy Policy​

Our Privacy Policy, describes how we collect, use, store, and handle your information when you use the Bot. By using our service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and agree that we may collect, use, and share your information as described in it.

8. Modifications and Termination​

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot (including any features, functionalities, or content) at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

8.2 Modifications to the Terms​

Your continued use of the Bot after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the service.

8.3 Termination​

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms. You may terminate your use of the service at any time by discontinuing its use.
